Refund policy

Unfortunately we cannot process returns/exchanges due to the nature of our product, as well as sanitary reasons.

Exceptions:

Damaged items

In the case that you receive a damaged item, we do have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement free of charge, but shipping costs will not be covered.

To be eligible for a return, you must submit a photo of the damaged product(s) toΒ shea.shimmers@gmail.com.Β Β You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, as well as your order number.

Wrong orders

Please inspect your order upon reception to ensure you have received the correct items.Β  In the case that you've received the wrong item(s), please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.


To start a return, you can contact us at shea.shimmers@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
